It’s with a heavy heart that we learned of the passing of ventriloquist Peter Rich on August 13th. He was 94.
If you’ve been a frequent reader you know we’ve done quite a few blogs about Peter. He spent most of his career performing vent on cruise ships and for General Electric.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO BOOK EARLY FOR ConVENTion 2016, HERE’S THE WORD FROM THE MARRIOTT:
I talked with my contact at the Marriott today about when people can start signing up to get rooms for next year. She tells me that the Marriott system has to reset and it takes afew weeks.
Since my move from Massachusetts to California has taken place I have had a lot of inquiries if I am still interested in acquiring ventriloquist figures. The answer is a resounding YES.
I can tell you that I will never ever have enough figures and if you have an antiques figure, or a good used figure or any ventriloquist parts. I WANT THEM.
As always I especially want anything that was built by Frank Marshall. He is of course my all time favorite.
My partner here with Ventriloquist Central, Steve, has been telling me of a couple of “Brits” he met at the ConVENTion, Shane West and John Kimmons. According to him a couple of very talented ventriloquists/magicians.
