Hi Dan,
Here are a few more pics for the blog.
I have to paint the head, wig ,and then build the body.
The eyes are side to side self centering.
The eye control is on the back of the headstick and is operated by moving the thumb side to side.
The handcarved Maple mouthcontrol lever is on the front of the oak stick .

    Is there a shot of the completed mechanics with all control rods and string attached?

    Part 4 shows the mechanics except for the string and brass rod which controls the eyes.
