This is a near mint Knucklehead Smiff produced by Paul Winchell in 1966. These are becoming exceedingly hard to find today.

Jerry is common by Knuck was not as popular so they were not sold in as many number as Jerry. This one has a perfect working mouth and the paint is crisp and he would look great in your collection.
