That’s an old photo of Kurt Kenyon. I met him once about 35 years ago. He was living in Illinois at the time. He had some nice Marshall figures.
I have no idea who the vent is, but the figure looks like a Mack, perhaps with right eye winker.
I did google search on Mr. Kenyon and found this “Curt Kenyon, 79, swims everyday, talks to kids at youth programs, performs ventriloquism and does cartooning all while operating his business.” tried to open questia but unsuccessful.
