    Dan,
    Thanks. Mortimer SURELY inspired this! Its funny. Charlie was his main star, but Bergen’s “Mortimer” is copied more these days than CHARLIE! Just look at Dunham”s “Bubba”. Although I will NEVER like another bumpkin as much as good ol’ Mort! He’s king of the “hicks”!

    Dan,

    I love this figure. I have a few “Mort” Style figures as you know, but this is an amazing figure. I know that Mortimer was made in about 1936-38 or so, but I wonder when the Pinxy was made. There’s nothing like a goof for sure.
