It really amazes me how stupid some of the scammers are. It would seem to me you would offer something that would not be recognized if you are trying to sell something you don’t own but not this particular scammer.
Here’s the email I received:

Thanks for writing. I have the Frank Marshall Ventriloquist Dummy for sale in excellent condition, This is a 13″ tall (seated) hand-carved, wooden ventriloquist. This dummy’s mouth movement is fully functional. Her glass eyes do move. She’s in overall great shape. I am asking a $700 for it shipped. I am in Kansas and will ship via UPS. The asking price includes shipping and will take payment via Moneygram What’s your complete shipping address?

Thanks Dan…for another warning about the “scammers” that are out there. This one, again, was so stupid as to list the size of the figure as 13 inches. Must have been thinking of the Tommy Knotts without realizing the photo shown was a larger figure. As you say Dan…”beware of the scammers”.
