I was sent the following email yesterday:

I have Frank Marshall ventriloquist figures for sale in a sound condition , please send me an email if you are interested , for pictures and price thanks.

Or course I responded that I was interested and to send me a price and pictures. Here’s the picture I received:

Now in case some of you don’t recognize this figure……it’s MINE!!!!

It is the last Frank Marshall figure that has been posted on the website to date.

I might also add that he only wanted $300 for it….another dead giveaway. Be careful out there.
