The following email and photos came to us by way of Colin from “down under”:

Hi Dan,
I thought you might enjoy these photos. They were taken on Sunday August 31st at Ron and Merle’s 70th Wedding Anniversary. The photos capture Ron and Merle with the two Marshalls (Sandra Simpkins and Gerry Gee lookalike) and Ron, Merle and myself with my Insull, “Jimmy”.

I am still enjoying the site and look forward to it every morning.

Best wishes,
Colin

Thanks Colin for sharing and please send our wishes for a belated Happy Anniversary to both of them.

One Response to Ron and Merle Blaskett’s 70th Wedding Anniversary

  1. bob isaacson says:

Congratulations to Ron & Mrs. Blaskett. !! wow, 70 years married & looking so vibrant what an accomplishment to be be married for 70 years. I had the pleasure of having lunch with Ron many years ago at one of our VH convention. A very charming & talented man. Ron graciously sent me ( when he returned to Australia) a beautiful 8×10 color photo of himself & his wonderful figures. Truly, a gracious man.
