This is a great Ken Spencer figure in as found abused condition. He is a full 42″ tall has original body with ball and socket neck. His functions are mouth, side to side eyes, one rolling winker, raising eyebrows and wiggling ears.
He arrived to me and his functions were not working. His mouth palate was completely out of place and he was stabbed by a child on his face. He had already been painted in the past so this fellow is the correct candidate for a restoration.
I’m sure you know by now that ventriloquist Willie Tyler and Lester will be at this years Vent Haven ConVENTion.

Many years ago David Malmberg, a professional ventriloquist, made a deal with Dan Payes buying the rights from Dan Payes for a Thurston style ventriloquist figure with only one eye open.
David has used that figure for a long time and then he decided he wanted to have that exact figure done in carved basswood.
I introduced David to Ray Guyll and after some time David experienced what I always say about receiving a package from Ray and Barbara Guyll, Christmas morning.
