WENESDAY NIGHT IS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT AT THE MARIOTT FOR VHC 2016
But we do have a back up plan. Thursday thru Saturday night rooms are still available at our $104. rate, but for Wednesday you can stay less than a mile away at he Cincinnati Airport Double Tree (same price as ours) and take our free shuttle over to the Marriott. You can then check in on Thursday and be ready to go for the rest of the week.
If you do call the Marriott for Wednesday they may quote you a much higher rate, when there are no actual rooms available. It’s called over booking, which is a thing a lot of hotels do. They think someone is going to cancel and you may (or may not) get a room.
Be safe..go the Double Tree the first night! Please tell the Double Tree you are with the Vent Haven Ventriloquist ConVENTion to get the $104. per night rate.
