It is with great sadness that I am reporting that guitar legend Les Paul, inventer and guitarist extrodinaire, has passed away today at the age of 94.

    I met Les Paul several times, and not only was he a guitar genius, but a very freindly nice person. Lou Pollo who played guitar with Les for the last 29 years is a good friend of mine, we both taught guitar at the same music studio years ago. Les was an inspiration to anyone who plays guitar and he will be very missed.
