Big News from The Dummy Shoppe | Puppets by JET

Our friends over at The Dummy Shoppe | Puppets by JET made a big announcement yesterday to the people on their email list and gave us permission to share it with you as well. The have come up with an interesting concept for puppets.

They are calling them “Figmy’s” which stands for Figure Dummy. A Figmy is a traditional soft puppet that is controlled by a headstick just like a traditional hard figure. This gives you the option of now being able to have both moving left/right eyes and blinkers, moving eyebrows and mouth on some of the most unique soft puppets that can be found.

Well how is that for timing, I just posted about these in the Cafe.
Personally, I love the idea, I would someday like to have them make a soft version of my main figure with this new design.
