We only got one guess for our last mystery ventriloquist from Marcelo Melison and he was correct, it was Ken Spencer.

Today’s mystery ventriloquist should be fairly easy and can you also guess the maker of his figures (also an easy guess)?

  1. Lee Dean says:

I have no idea who the ventriloquist is but the beautiful Frank Marshall figures look like they are from the same duplicarver stick.

  2. Looks a LOT like Uncle Bill DeMar and his Marshalls.

  3. That is a very young pic of Walter Walters, Jr. (both his parents were vaudeville vents, also his stepfather..). Lived near me in Ft Lauderdale in his later years and we once got together and he took out these two Marshall figures together with the stand he used to perform with and set it all up. Both figures and the stand (the complete act..) fit into one fairly small custom fiberboard case. He was a real trouper in his day, Vaudeville, USO tours, etc.
