Something Different

I thought we would do something different for today’s blog. The video below is one that sent to Steve (my webmaster) and he insisted that we put it on the blog.

Even though it has nothing to do with ventriloquism, it does involve another one of my passions, playing the guitar.

I hope you enjoy seeing another side of me.

Joe Boley – Our Thoughts & Prayers

This morning I received an email from Bob Isaacson that everyone should be aware of in the ventriloquism community. Here’s Bob’s email:

“Good morning Dan….thought I’d pass on some news that you may want to post on your site. I found out that Joe Boley has been ill for the past year with kidney failure. That’s one of the reasons he was missing from the 2008 Convention. I spoke with Joe’s wife & found out that Joe has been on dialysis & is hoping to be put on a list for a transplant. I would be pleased if you would pass my information on to your audience requesting thoughts & prayers for Joe. Feel free to use my name as to this information as was Ok’d by Joe’s wife. I spoke to her last night while Joe was at the hospital…stay well……….Bob”

Let’s keep Joe and his family in our thoughts and prayers. Thanks, Bob for letting us know.
