Why Not Ventriloquist Central Marketplace

marketplace

Since the announcement that the Ventriloquist Central Collection is going up for auction I have had quite a number of folks contact me and ask why I didn’t list the collection for sale on the Ventriloquist Central Marketplace.

The answer is one that believe me took much thought. Making the move from MA. to Ca. meant that I had to pack each and every figure from the collection and then ship them across the country.

That cost, in both time and packing and shipping, would have been monumental. Also the amount of work that would have been placed on my webmaster Steve Hurst’s shoulders would have made him into Atlas holding up the world.

It just would not have been fair. We even thought of hiring the job out but if you don’t know the figures it would have been nuts.

As I have always said I have been into antiques all my life and I have a personal relationship with the auctioneer co that I chose and it will be a true and honest auction.

Also by selling the figures at public auction EVERYONE has the chance to bid on any of the figures from the entire collection.

So if you always wanted a Frank Marshall or a McElroy figure you now have as much of a chance as anyone else to buy one at the sale.

I truly felt this was the easiest and fairest way to disperse my collection of figures to all of you.
