Deputy Bob sent in this video to share:
It’s a segment of Norfolk Perspectives where Deputy Bob Walsh and his manikin American friend “Inmate Joe” have a heart-to-heart about being a bully. Inmate Joe has spent some time in the slammer and we discover that he too was a bully when he was a wee splinter of a kid.
Deputy Bob, thanks for sharing your video with us at Ventriloquist Central.

GREAT JOB BOB & JOE! After 48 years, I’m STILL putting up with bullying! As joe says, you need to look inside yourself as I FINALLY have within the past few years. I KNOW I’m a good, caring, compassionate person. So, I’ve finally been able to say to myself, when I’m the brunt of some uncalled for joke, “The HECK with them. THEY’RE the one’s with the problems, not ME!” & that REALLY helps, believe me! Thanks Deputy Bob, you are a true credit to the force! This is a VERY overlooked problem, & it’s nice that someone cares. God bless you.
Bill,
Always a pleasure to serve the public. Thanks for your remarks.
