Ventriloquist Central Collection Video Series – A Rare Early Maher Figure

you tube ventriloquist central collection maher figure

Here’s a video of a rare ventriloquist figure. The early Maher figures are rare to find today and “Tiny” is possibly the rarest of all of the original catalogued Maher figures.

Madeleine Maher was the builder of the figures early on and like some of the builders of today the were conversion figures. She used the Dummy Dan figures as a base and did some re sculpting and added movements.

    Dan:
I was extremely interested in the video that you did of Tiny being a conversion figure. I am a beginner figure maker and conversion figure maker. Could you perhaps tell me what size is the wig for tiny that you showed?

  2. Dan says:

James the wig is a size 16 doll wig.
