With the recent passing of comedy great, Soupy Sales, Bob Abdou, a regular contributor to Ventriloquist Central, sent this information to us. It’s an article he published in his Barker magazine back in 2002, along with a couple of pictures.

Here is a photo of me and Soupy at the Friar’s Club in Manhattan, NY. When he walked in the room, all 50 dinner guests stood up and clapped their hands for Soupy, this is just one great memory I had of our special friendship.
