Ventriloquist Senor Wence’s Spoon

smith and wences

One of our regular contributors, Bill Smith, sent in these pictures about ventriloquist Senor Wence’s spoon.

Hi Dan,

Here’s some images you’re free to post, of a very special spoon that was owned by my idol, Senor Wences, & a note to me from his granddaughter with some interesting history on it.

This spoon was given to me by his granddaughter, & she said they gave him two, & that it was one of his most prized possessions.

Take care, Bill.

One Response to Ventriloquist Senor Wence’s Spoon

Wow, Bill Smith, that is truly really something, very valuable indeed. Watched PBS piece on the Queen’s visit to Virginia few years ago and how everything rehearsed over and again to perfection. I know very few get to be invited before the Queen like that, Sir Paul McCartney, etc., so you have great art/history piece, with provenance.
