Female Ventriloquist Supreme, Vickie Taylor and Ronnie

vickie-taylor-08

Female ventriloquist, Vicky Taylor, was in the 1950′s through the 1980′s one of the Boston areas hardest working ventriloquist.

She used a figure made by John Caroll and became famous for the double voice. She was taught by her husband Roy Douglas and for a while they were a team.

They broke up and she went on to do great things with her career. I was happy when she let me know she wanted Ronnie to become a member of the Ventriloquist Central Collection.

Here is a video of Ronnie for you to see him up close and personal.
