Bergen and McCarthy, Old Time Radio Shows

In case you haven’t noticed, we have a new sponsor on Ventriloquist Central, “Old Time Radio Show Catalog.” I think they have every old time radio show (or so it seems) on this website at a very reasonable investment.

The last time I looked, under the “Comedy” category, the second most popular item is “Bergen and McCarthy” and they have 191 of their shows. Click the player button below for a sample.

Great old radio shows, remember listening in late 1940’s. On June 14, 1929 in Richmond, Indiana, Walter “Buddy Boy” Hawkins recorded the first, best and possibly only ventriloquist blues song.
